Let us tell you a bit more about what makes our service second to none. Our highly trained technicians begin by performing a double pass core aeration on your turf. This process opens up the soil, allowing your turf roots to breathe, absorb water, and fertilizer more effectively. Aeration also reduces soil compaction, making it a vital service that should be carried out every spring and fall. Make sure to have your lawn aerated this fall at the very least!
Following aeration:
We apply high-quality seed that is Blue tag certified, NTEP (National Turf Evaluation Program) seed. We use these new and improved seed varieties at a generously high rate. Our turf-type tall fescue seed blend boasts a rich dark color, making it ideal for shaded areas. Additionally, it is resistant to insects and diseases, ensuring a healthy and vibrant lawn. What’s more, our fescue varieties have the remarkable ability to spread, which aids in filling in any bare patches. This breakthrough in fescue seed is truly remarkable and makes it the best overall seed for the Cincinnati area.
