“Mindy” is a dedicated employee who has been with the company for over 4 years. She’s always ready to go above and beyond, no matter what task or project she takes on! Her tenants appreciate how Mindy works hard at listening before making decisions so their needs come first in every way possible – it’s easy seeing why they call this manager “The Veteran.”
As the role as assistant property manager, she is responsible for ensuring that all of the residents’ needs are met. This includes setting and collecting rent, handling maintenance requests, filling vacant units and potentially setting the budget for the property and several other tasks.
When it comes to billing “Mindy” is a Go-Getter! She is also very responsive to tenant needs and concerns, and is always available to answer questions or address issues. . “Mindy” is always willing to help out whenever she can, and she is a great communicator. She always keeps her tenants updated on what is going on with their property. “Mindy” is a true professional.

“Mindy” is a proud mother of two wonderful kids. She loves traveling, camping, and outdoor adventures. Her family is her life, and she would do anything for them. Mindy is a kind, caring person who always puts others first. She is always there for her friends and family, no matter what.
