September Employee Spotlight-Mike Evans
Mike Evans is our Property Manager and has been with the company for over 12 years. He’s a hardworking manager who always puts the needs of his tenants first. He’s knowledgeable about all aspects of property management, and he’s always ready to help out wherever he’s needed.
In his role as property manager, he is responsible for ensuring that all of the residents’ needs are met. This includes making sure repairs get done in a timely manner and following up with contractors to ensure everything gets resolved properly. He’s dedicated to the job and will do anything for you, even if it means getting dirty!
Mike is the go to for all things maintenance related. Mike’s work is always of the highest quality and he never fails to impress with his precise craftsmanship.
He has been happily married to his wife for over 38 years, and they have three grown children and five grandchildren. Mikes biggest hobby is traveling with his wife and family.
