Matt Russell-Fertilization Manager

Matt Russell is an invaluable asset to our organization and is the manager of our fertilization team. His dedication to his work, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills have enabled him to quickly identify issues and develop solutions for successful outcomes. He has a deep understanding of the lawn care industry. His ability to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in technology, as well as his commitment to providing excellent customer service, make him an invaluable part of our team. We are so fortunate to have Matt Russell in our organization!

Fertilization Manager

In addition to providing great customer service, Matt is responsible for ensuring lawns, trees, and shrubs receive timely applications of fertilizer and chemical solutions. He has a mastery of skills which helps reduce the environmental impact of his work. Matt takes pride in mixing, preparing, and applying these solutions precisely and safely. He also takes responsibility for general maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, and calibration of the equipment used in his role. With Matt as the fertilization manager, customers are sure to receive top-notch service.

Additionally, Matt is knowledgeable about local regulations regarding fertilizer applications ensuring that he’s staying within the law. He also makes sure to follow all safety protocols, abiding by the company’s strict standards for health and safety. With Matt leading the fertilization team, customers are treated with efficiency and care.

Family and Hobbies

Matt has been happily married for 20 years to the love of his life Jen. Matt was born in Findlay Ohio but learned Spanish by spending most of my adolescence in Santiago, Chile.

Matt is the proud father of 2 wonderful children. He is an avid photographer, and also enjoys making homemade hot sauces. He is a huge fan of the Cincinnati Bengals.
